Relationships take time to build...and effort. There has to be lots of time sharing our hearts and lives. Without that investment, they whither and dry up, often times resulting in a totally changed attitude towards each other. Somehow when you are spending time together in an honest way just being-hearts and lives are watered and we grow.
We grow when we share ourselves, when we give of ourselves to others, when we make those sacrifices that let someone else know that we really do love them and value them. It was just a few hours of no remodeling, no homework, and no wedding planning, but I am sure glad we took those moments for each other.

My Dear friend Tina :)
I can't tell you what it meant to me that you came and brought all your family last night to support us! :) It touched my heart to the core! :)True friendship may grow and change and have its ups and its downs but it really does last FOREVER! It is nice when you have someone you know is there even when you don't see them all the time, or even get to chat all the time, but you think about and pray for them and know they are thinking about you and praying for you too! :) I count myself blessed to have found that in you! :) Now, If I can work on being so uncomfortable around large groups of people so I can really start to get to know folks when there are so many around. :) I also apparently need to learn to play pool to be in with the crowd! :) heehee I hope yall had a very fun night :)
Blessings,
Tami
